Another transformative project. A significant leak was never properly mitigated, and that, combined with an unsealed crawl space, led to heavy growth in the crawl space of this beautiful Blossomwood home. We removed all the abandoned building materials and existent plastic, coordinated Soda Blasting to remove all the microbial growth, fully encapsulated the crawl space, and added (2) ducted dehumidifiers with interior monitors so crawl conditions can be monitored and controlled in the future. The customers were thrilled with the results. (Sometimes I get messages from the home owner telling me he’s down in his crawl space watching television!!)
