Complete. Mechanical. Makeover.

One of my favorite projects. Before we began this project the crawl space and duct system condition were truly rough. We started by installing an additional crawl access in order to efficiently work. We took the entire crawl space back to square one, removing the complete duct system, years of trash, and the old ground covering. (what was left of it!) We fully encapsulated the crawl space, installed new duct work with an improved design, and replaced some leaking drain lines as well.  Upon completion, the home was profoundly healthier and more efficient.
